Refund and Returns Policy

  • If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 6 months from the date you receive it. You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements we will not accept it.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS : we try our best to make sure your order arrives to you in perfect conditions but sometimes they get damaged in transit. If this is the case please send us a message with the ‘contact us’ link and take photographs of the package and damaged received before opening (showing labels ETC) . Any evidence we can provide the courier will help with any claims. If you think your order has been damaged inside the box again do not open and take photographs as evidence and we will organise collection of the package, when we receive the package back if possible a replacement will be sent out if the item is not available a refund will be given. Any claims made 7 Days after the delivery date may not make the requirements for replacement or refund, any claims will be looked at and we will notify you what actions will be taken.

  • LOST/DELAYED ITEMS : All standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class service. if you feel that your delivery has been lost or delayed Royal Mail ask we give 10 days after expected delivery date before making a claim. After the 10 days use the ‘Contact Us’ link on the website and inform us of the situation, we will then be able to contact royal mail to find out what has happened and if needed make a claim for the lost/delayed item. once this matter has been investigated by Royal Mail we will replace item or refund cost of order to you. any other method of delivery will have a tracking method where we can check where the package was last scanned. The time for reporting a lost/delayed item under these methods is reduced depending on service used, again please use the ‘Contact Us. link on page and we will check and if needed make a claim for the package. A replacement or Refund will be issued once the couriers have investigated. Fraudulent claims will not be refunded. It is always a good idea to check for cards in the mail box stating what may have happened to your parcel ie: left behind bin etc and maybe check with neighbours just in case it was left with them.
  • RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS: It is the customers responsibility to supply tcgonlinesales with a correct and complete address, if the goods cannot be delivered due to an error by the customer we reserve the right to make an additional postage charge to resend the items. If the incorrect details have been placed by tcgonlinesales all costs to return goods will be covered by us.
